BTI has a structured grievance redressal mechanism so students, parents and staff can raise concerns and have them addressed by the appropriate committee in a time-bound manner.
How to submit a grievance
- Email your grievance to principal@btibangalore.org
- Drop a written complaint in the grievance/suggestion box on campus.
- Approach the Grievance Redressal Committee or your Head of Department directly.
