    The T&P team connects with recruiters, shares institute profiles and invites organisations for campus hiring.

    Job Profile & Eligibility

    Companies share role descriptions, CTC, eligibility (CGPA, branches, backlog policy) and selection process.

    Pre-Placement Talk

    Recruiters present company culture, roles and expectations; students register for drives they qualify for.

    Assessments & Interviews

    Written tests, group discussions, technical and HR interviews conducted on campus or virtually.

  5. 5

    Offers & Onboarding

    Selected students receive offer letters; the cell supports documentation and joining formalities.
