Students/Parents must provide accurate details while making payments.

Payments once made are subject to the institution’s refund and cancellation policies.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka, India.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Requests for refunds in the above cases must be submitted to the Accounts Office with valid proof of payment.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original source account.

There is no provision for cancellation of payments once successfully made through the portal.
